  • Your work is yours
  • You can use, sell, license your work however you want

What You Can Do

  • Use Boojy Audio for personal or commercial projects

  • Modify the source code (it's open source!)
  • Share Boojy Audio with others

What You Can't Do

  • Use Boojy Audio for illegal activities
  • Try to hack, break, or abuse our services
  • Pretend Boojy Audio is your own product

This Is Beta Software

Important: Boojy Audio is currently in beta. This means:

  • Things might break or crash
  • Features may change without notice
  • You should keep backups of important work
  • We're working hard to make it stable, but bugs happen

Save your work regularly. While we try our best, we can't guarantee the software won't crash or lose data during beta. Backups are your friend.

No Warranties

Boojy Audio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no promises that it will work perfectly, meet your needs, or be error-free.

Liability Limits

We're not liable for any damages from using (or not being able to use) Boojy Audio. This includes lost data, lost profits, or any other issues. Since Boojy Audio is free, the most you could ever recover from us is $0 (because that's what you paid).

We Can Make Changes

We might update these terms from time to time. If we make big changes, we'll let you know on our website. Continuing to use Boojy Audio after changes means you accept the new terms.
